John Kim is a seasoned Multifamily Investor and experienced Limited Partner with a deep history of success in the apartment sector. By leveraging his dual perspective as both a GP and an active LP, John developed a sophisticated understanding of asset performance and risk mitigation before launching his full-time firm. John currently focuses on identifying and securing high-yield, value-add opportunities for his network of passive partners throughout the Texas market.

Josh Roosen is an experienced Multifamily Investor who has been investing in real estate since 2015. To learn from the best in the real estate investing industry Josh worked alongside two premier real estate investing education companies while furthering his own investing career before eventually going full-time on his own business in March of 2026. Josh currently owns 728 units.

Coe Davis is a dedicated Multifamily Investor with a background in Aviation Engineering and real estate experience since 2023. To master the industry, Coe transitioned from wholesaling homes into the elite MWN mentorship program to refine his acquisition strategies before going full-time. Coe now focuses on providing stable, value-add passive opportunities throughout the Texas apartment market.

Property Type - Multifamily Apartment buildings that are generally one class below their immediate surrounding area.
Property Location - Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and all other major Texas Cities
Property Size - 10 Units - 250 Units
Total Project Cost - $1 Million - $35 Million
Financing - Generally smaller deals will be closed with all cash. Mid-Sized deals may use agency financing. Larger deals will utilize a bridge loan followed by refinancing to agency debt after renovation and stabilization. But all deals are subject to change depending on circumstances.
Cash Flow - All deals are projected to cash flow beginning in Year 1.
Anticipated Returns - Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 15-20% compounded over 5 years, Cash on Cash Returns goal of 10%, Annual Investor Returns of 15% with an Investor Equity Multiple of 1.9+
Primary Focus - Distressed or Value Add properties that Davcoe Property Group can renovate and reposition to a level that will generate high cash flow with strong asset appreciation.
